IMPORTANT UPDATE!
New Login for Online Banking
M.E. Employees Credit Union is updating the login procedure to your online banking account! We are always looking for ways to add security and convenience to our members’ online banking experience which is why we are making these changes.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Using your current username and password, login to online banking like normal.
Next a new ONLINE BANKING ENROLLMENT screen will appear asking you to enter your personal information. This information includes SSN, Date of Birth, Member/Account Number, Email Address, and Phone Number. Then click on NEXT.
The next screen is the SEND ACCESS CODE screen. In this step, you will need to pick your delivery method that we will use to verify your identity. You can choose either by PHONE with a TEXT or VOICE CALL or by EMAIL. After you have selected your preferred method, click NEXT.
Depending on the selection you made for verification, the next screen ENTER ACCESS CODE is where you enter the code that was sent to you by the method you chose. Then click NEXT.
On the CREATE YOUR USERNAME screen, you will need to set a new USERNAME based on the parameters provided. Once you have done so, please click NEXT.
This brings you to the CREATE YOUR PASSWORD screen, so make sure to follow those parameters defined when creating your password. Once you have done so, click NEXT.
The final screen contains the ONLINE AGREEMENT. Once you click the “I Agree” button, you have completed the new enrollment process.
That’s it, you are all done! Now, you will be able to reset your password or username 24 hours a day/seven days a week even outside of our normal business hours.
