Lost/Stolen Card Reporting
If your card is lost or stolen, please call M.E. Employees Credit Union during business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CST. Outside of business hours, please call 1-800-523-4175 to report your card.
In today’s world it is so difficult to tell whether something is a scam or not. So, we would like our members to know that we will never request any personal information by phone, mail, and/or email. We make it our top priority to protect your personal information.
There is one type of call you may receive on our behalf. This call would be made regarding your debit card transactions. Our debit card vendor uses this tool to manage and prevent fraud. If you do happen to receive one of these calls, the only personal information they will request of you is the phone number in which they called you and that would be only in instances of when they are required to leave you a voice message in which in you must return their call. The only other information they will go over with you on the phone is debit card transactions to determine if those transactions in question are truly transactions you completed. If not, then they will be able to block the transaction and close your card immediately for your protection. If this should ever happen to you, please call the credit union and request a new card ordered and we will take care of that for you right away.
